CPX系列细粒碎煤机
产品介绍 : 细碎机是火电厂输煤系统中重要的辅机设备，我公司在引进、消化、吸收国外先进技术的基础上，研制、开发的CPX系列新型细粒碎煤机，技术先进，性能可靠。主要用于电厂循环流化床锅炉，产品的转子的线速度可达52m/s左右，提高对物料的冲击力。
工作原理 : 物料进入细粒碎煤机后，就受到高速旋转的锤头冲击而被初碎，初碎的煤高速冲向齿板，再次被撞碎，同时，煤块之间互相撞击。物料在锤头和破碎板之间以及物料之间的反复撞击而逐渐破碎，最后从底部出料口排出。当一侧破碎板和锤头被磨损，物料最终粒度不能满足要求时，可使转子反向旋转．在不更换锤头和破碎板的条件下继续完成破碎工作。
结构特点：
1.多级齿形破碎板，实现多次破碎；
2.适应能力强。可破碎煤、石灰石、煤矸石等散状物料；
3.开放式出料，可适应高水分物料而不堵塞；
4.齿形破碎板的特殊机理，使破碎噪音低．向机外排风量小；
5.前后机盖液压开启，便于维修；
6.特殊的安全销及调整机构(专利技术)，当发生异常冲击时有效保护机体。

Product introduction :
The granule coal crusher is an important assistant equipment of coal system in thermal power plant. We develop series of CPX based on the advanced technologyof abroad with high technology and reliable function, which can be used in CFBB of plant. Its line speed of the rotor can reach to 52m/s to increase wallop to materials.
After the materiel entered the crusher，can be first crushed by rapid rotary hammerhead，then run quickly to toothed breaker and be crushed again．The materiel impacted each other．The process can be done again and again，and then the materials become small and discharges from the outlet．When one side crushing breaker and hammerhead were wearied，the size of the materials can’t satisfy requirements，rotor can reverse rotate without changing crushing breaker and hammerhead．
Structure Features：
1.Multi—tooth crushing block，realize multi-crushing．
2.High accommodation. coal，limestone, waste rockand so on all can be crushed．
3.Open outlet，high moisture materials can be suited without blinding．
4.Special mechanics of the tooth-crushing block，can reduce noise and ventilation．
5.Front covers and rear ones can open-close by hydraulic，easy repairing．
6.Special safety pin and adjust device can protect shell when itbe abnormal attacked．(patent technology)
